This bold typography artwork was created for an internal executive training and culture initiative within a Taco Bell franchise organization. The design centers around the rally-cry phrase “That Just Happened,” representing both chaotic moments leaders must navigate and major wins worth celebrating. The concept is built around large hero initials TJH, featuring expressive brushstroke textures with subtle graffiti accents to balance polished strength and controlled chaos. Clean, modern sans-serif typography is placed inside each initial for clarity and contrast. A restrained black, white, and gray palette is accented with subtle purple and gold tones, referencing Taco Bell heritage and the 2025 Glen Bell Award. The final result is a poster- and sticker-ready design that feels bold, modern, and emotionally impactful, created to inspire pride, humor, and leadership culture.
