   Thanks for the entries,

   #2 looks a too much like an A.
   The general aesthetic of #3 is nice.
   The cleverness and look of #9 is also really good (it might be cool to accentuate the "negative" F a little more even).
   But... there are 5 different people that have now done and orange and black FL, we'd like to see a little more variety and creativity.

   Some other thoughts...
   - Can we work with some more interesting typography with the word FieldLevel? Fonts are fine too depending on the accompanying symbol, but we are not opposed to a "word-image".
   - The symbol doesn't have to be initials - we're interested in seeing something stylized or abstract too.

   i would be weary of picking a "LF" logo when it should be "FL".. i also dont know what you mean when you say mine looks like previous submissions...

   Also, the FL with the backwards L will almost always bring to mind FJ if seen by itself, so let's move on from this idea.

    Well it is obviously clear that Halfgod started this great idea with the "FL" . Now my advise is just try something else guys so that not everything will look the same like Halfgod's idea.

    DesignDaddy, we help with athletic recruiting, nothing to do with actual fields. The name has a couple meanings, field-level access and leveling the playing field. Both in regards to athletes being recruited and recruiters finding athletes.

    fasih, Please no more FL logos, I think we've seen every possible arrangement of those 2 letters.

    I understand what you do, I just wondered if your scope includes sports like basketball, tennis, golf, swimming, etc. Sports that do not use "fields". You asked us not to represent any one sport, but your business name itself limits the apparent scope of what you deal with. A "field" is not a very dynamic element to design around and you've eliminated every attempt to do so. I'm just looking for something else to latch onto here. Guessing I'm not the only one.

    Yes, all sports.

    We mentioned a few things in the brief about trying to represent "field-level access" or a "level playing field" visually, hoping someone could come up with something really slick and clever, but that was just an idea we were hoping the designers could explore, not that it has to be only that.

    I know designers can get frustrated with the CH not knowing what they want, but if we did know what we wanted, we'd just hire a designer and tell him what to draw. Crowdsourcing is appropriate for when you want to see a nice variety of creativity, which is what we are after, and to be honest, haven't seen yet.

    looks of olympic logo?

    is it ok with an athelete running or standing onto field in 3D?

    Careful with getting too literal on the athletics, it can start looking campy. But we're open to seeing anything.

    Maybe it will help to think of terms like "agency", "software company", "global technology provider" when conceptualizing.

    As with any identity, the important thing is that it is unique, memorable and professional looking.

    The reason #26 is our favorite FL logo is because it stands out as the most polished and the most memorable. But we want to see more variety (we thought upping the prize and extending the contest might help with that).

    I cant see any of the properties on new concepts
    - depth, leveling the playing field, field-level access
    - activity
    - data exchange
    - trust and stability
    CH is not upto his/her own words
    still giving start to "FL" after being denied to accept any further FL designs

    the same as I would question how #160 conveys what was in the brief. It's a nice design, but I just didn't "get" how that concept said "field level" until the 4th time I looked at it and went "oooooh, that's an FL too". so I guess you could just call me slow.
