My concept for you. In this version I have added a few extra elements in case you wanted to added extra content to the entry page . Easily removed if not needed. :-)

This version is based on exactly what is on the referenced link. I have also changed the background on this one. If you don't like the boxed headers, they can be removed also :-)
Very nice. I would prefere if the page has a "real" end at the bottom and does not end nowhere.

When you ask for a subpage and a secondary menu, do you on the page itself, you are not going to be using dropdown menu? (I don't think so, but thought I'd better ask first). Will get to the sub page tomorrow... too late here now
Yes that is a "real" end, even if I am not sure if I like it this way.
We might use a dropdown menu, depending on the layout. Nevertheless the submenu items should also be visible when the prospect is surfing on the subpage. If you would suggest a dropdown you might draw one as an example in on of your next proposals.
Ok, if you don't like this 'end', then I'm not sure what you are asking for :-) My other designs end with the footer at the bottom without the 'border' as do most of the other designs submitted to the contest :-) I'll see what I can do with the subpage for a change.
